In this age of lifestyle-diseases and cut-throat competition in academics, where stress is the norm, the significance of physical activity can never be undermined.
We, at NSIT, leave no stone unturned in ensuring that the students at our college always have a ventilation from academic pressures by regularly engaging in some form of physical activity and sport. We organise inter-college and university level sports competitions to bring out the sportsmanship in our students.
The college has excellent sports infrastructure : the very sight of our expansive playgrounds and indoor-courts give an adrenaline rush !!
